Madamn Burnz safely treds over danger's line with her wild performance artistry.
Fearlessly displaying oral trickery with monstrous flames,
breathing waterfalls of fire, and dancing at towering heights,
the Pele worshipping goddess audaciously rocks & shocks audiences around the world, with or without fire. Known for her fierce dance moves, subtle flexibility,
sexy costumes, and comedic improv, Burnz' diverse skill set sets spirits ablaze.
Burnz has spun fire hoops in Chaing Kai Shek's home, eaten fire next to King Tut's Tomb,
breathed fire on Hollywood Boulevard, and fire danced at numerous clubs,
underground parties, and street corners.
Her unique form of Promethean Healing
shines as a beautiful, transformational, interactive art installation
called the Illumination Station
across the USA.
Las Piratas del Fuego
Birthed through the explosive partnership of Madamn Burnz and Firesmack, this highly choreographed conclave is composed of the world's most talented performance artists. Together, las piratas retell the story of Quetzalcoatl and the spiritual enlightenment over taking human society. Illustrated by fire dancing, spinning, breathing, and customized fire prosthetics, this rowdy troupe of fiery dancers and musicians put on a 5 - 30 minute show. With the help of professional musicians and costume designers, Las Piratas are a sight to be seen.
The majority of Las Piratas del Fuego reside in the Bay area of California and meet on Wednesdays at Burnz's studio in the mission. They look forwards to reuniting with members from El Paso, Brooklyn, & Mexico next to the Burning Man in the Great Circle this summer.
